Directorship changes
Morgan Sindall Group plc announces that Malcolm Cooper is retiring as a non-executive director with effect from 31 August 2024.
Mark Robson will join the Board as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 September 2024. Mark will be a member of the remuneration and nomination committees and will take over as responsible business committee chair on appointment.
Mark has strong strategic, commercial and finance experience most recently developed as Group CFO of Howden Joinery Group plc from 2005 to 2021, latterly also as Deputy CEO. He was previously Group CFO at Delta plc. Mark began his career at PWC. He is currently non-executive director and audit committee chair at Grafton Group plc.
