| Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Hipgnosis Songs Fund (UK, constituent) by Lyra Bidco (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

| Hipgnosis Songs Fund (UK, BFYT9H7) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index.
Henderson European Trust (UK, BLSNGB0) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap index.
All changes effective from 29 July 2024.
