RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all Ordinary and Special Business Resolutions set out in the Annual General Meeting Notice sent to Shareholders dated 4 June 2024 were duly passed.

 

The Board is pleased to note that all resolutions received the requisite majority of votes and thanks the Company's shareholders for their support.
