Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at 31 July 2024 consisted of 42,520,012 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company holds 801,801 ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total voting rights in Alpha will be 42,520,012. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
