Block listing
Beazley plc announces a block listing application has been made for a total of 14,120,000 ordinary shares of five pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the single listing category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the main market of London Stock Exchange plc.
14,120,000 ordinary shares of five pence each will be issued to satisfy the vesting of share awards pursuant to the Company's following schemes:
