28 August 2024 - SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of products for use in the lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and the industrial & scientific products markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have opted to receive them, and are now available on the Company's website at: https://sdigroup.com/investors/reports-presentations/
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Ltd, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on Thursday 26 September 2024 at 11.30am.
