The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 28 August 2024 at 13.06 under RNS No 0303C (which replaced RNS No 8768B).

 

The number of Ordinary Shares acquired by the Company was 173,044 (rather than 172,011). As a result, a total of 173,044 are held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 117,413,315. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Transaction in Own Shares

 

RM Infrastructure Income plc (the "Company") announces that on 27 August 2024, it acquired 173,044 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 73 pence per share.

 

The Ordinary Shares were purchased pursuant to the Amendment to the Investment Management Agreement whereby the shares will be held in treasury until the Company is liquidated, and will vest to the Investment Manager subject to the amount of aggregated net proceeds distributed to Shareholders in connection with the Company's managed wind-down. Further details on the Amendment to the Investment Management Agreement are included in the Company's circular dated 30 November 2023.   

 

The total number of shares in issue is 117,586,359, of which 173,044 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 117,413,315, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
