Delisting from the US OTCQB Market
GS Chain (LSE: GSC) announces that the Company is delisting its Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") from trading on the US OTCQB Market, with immediate effect, as the Company has not yet completed a transaction to meet the proprietary quote requirements of the US OTCQB Market.
The Company's Ordinary Shares continue to trade on the London Main Market, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the US OTC Pink Market.
The board remains committed to identifying a deal that will bring long term value to investors.

The Board may consider other sectors if they believe such sectors present a suitable opportunity for the Company.
