The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

A second interim dividend of 1.20 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 31^st March 2025, will be paid on 1^st November 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27^th September 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 26^th September 2024.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Computershare.

The last day for DRIP election is 11^th October 2024.
