Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX), the global expert in currency risk management and alternative banking, today announces the appointment of Rina Ladva to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 October 2024.
Rina brings over 25 years of technology transformation expertise to Argentex. This includes 17 years at Microsoft in senior leadership positions and more recently at PA consulting where she is building new innovation businesses and scale partnerships. Her extensive experience leverages leading-edge technologies, products, and platforms to drive industry disruption, business transformation and growth spanning multiple sectors and geographies.
Rina will also be appointed as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.

There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Rina Pravinchandra Ladva (formerly Rina Kanani), aged 53.
