Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held early today, all resolutions were duly passed. Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 6 to 10 were passed as special resolutions.
