1Spatial Makes Two Strategic Appointments
1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, is pleased to announce two appointments: Nabil Lodey as Managing Director of UK and Ireland and Steve Hanks as Business Development Director for 1Streetworks. These appointments are in line with the Company's growth plans for the UK market.
Managing Director for the UK and Ireland
Nabil Lodey was appointed as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland on 23 September 2024 and will report directly to CEO Claire Milverton. Nabil is a proven business leader with significant experience in company leadership and sales. He will be responsible for the results for the region and building a high-performance team to drive revenue growth.
Nabil's most recent relevant experience is from Envitia Ltd, a Data and Geospatial software and services business, where he served as CEO and Sales Director for five years. During his tenure, he successfully led the transformation of the marketing and sales functions, resulting in an increase in sales from £3.5m to £10m. This achievement culminated in a successful exit to private equity.
Business Development Director for 1Streetworks
Steve Hanks was appointed as Business Development Director for 1Streetworks on 1 September 2024 and will report directly to 1Streetworks MD, Andy Fennell. Steve brings extensive sales experience and a proven track record of success in the central, local government and engineering asset infrastructure sectors. He will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and capitalise on the significant £400m market opportunity.
Prior to joining 1Spatial, Steve held a number of key sales roles, most recently as Sales Director at Thinkproject UK Ltd, where he successfully contributed to the growth of the UK Asset Management division.
