Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 01 October 2024 its total issued share capital consists of 585,178,476 Ordinary Shares, each with equal voting rights.
The Company holds 5,642,709 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 585,178,476 Shareholders should use this number as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
