Board Change
Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces that Laura Shesgreen is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Paul Gibson, Non-Executive Director, is taking up the role of Chair of the Audit Committee and Michael Kelly, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, is joining the Audit Committee.
CEO of Dianomi, Rupert Hodson, commented: "The Board would like to thank Laura for her valued service and contribution to the Board since our IPO in May 2021. We have greatly appreciated the insight and support she has been able to provide, and we offer her our sincere thanks and best wishes."
