REPLACEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

This announcement replaces RNS 9488H released at 17.08 on 11th October 2024.  The replacement corrects the number of shares purchased.  All other information is correct.

 

 

The Company has today purchased into Treasury 225,000 Ordinary shares at 232.50 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 177,266,877 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 767,225,303.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
