Resignation of Director

Aeorema Communications plc (AIM: AEO), a leading strategic communications group, announces that Hannah Luffman will resign ahead of the Company's 2024 AGM as a Non-Executive Director of the Group. Hannah's last day will be 30 November 2024.

Hannah Luffman commented: "After four and a half years with Aeorema, serving in various roles, I have made the decision to resign as a Non-Executive Director. This decision was not made lightly, but I am unable to dedicate the time and commitment that such an important role demands. I have immense respect for the entire communications group, which is a fantastic team, and I look forward to continuing to support the Company as a shareholder."

The Board wishes to thank Hannah for her valued contribution during her tenure and wishes her well for the future.
