Final Terms in relation to the National Grid North America Inc. issues of (i) EUR 600,000,000 3.247 per cent. Senior Instruments due 25 November 2029 and (ii) EUR 600,000,000 3.724 per cent. Senior Instruments due 25 November 2034, each under the National Grid North America Inc. Euro 8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
