Pod Point Group Holdings PLC
("Pod Point" or "the Company")
Directorate Change
Pod Point, one of the UK's market leading providers of Electric Vehicle ("EV") charging solutions in the UK, today announces a Directorate change.
Philippe Commaret, an EDF nominated Non-Executive Director ("NED") has notified the Board of his intention to step down as a Director with effect from 10 January 2025, due to his other business commitments.
The Board is aware that EDF Energy Customers Limited does not currently intend to nominate another Director in place of Philippe, although it remains able to do so under the terms of the Relationship Agreement.
Andy Palmer, Pod Point Chair, "On behalf of the Board and the Company, I would like to thank Philippe for the significant contribution he has made to the Company since IPO and wish him well for the future. The Group is working hard to deliver against our strategic plan and financial targets, and the Board remains confident in the Group's future. EDF remains a very supportive shareholder and strategic partner of the Group and still has an appointed NED on the Board."
