The Board of JPMorgan Emerging Europe Middle East & Africa Securities plc (the Company) announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7th March 2025, an ordinary dividend of 0.5 pence per share, for the year ended 31st October 2024, will be paid on 14th March 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th February 2025.  The ex-dividend date is 13th February 2025.

 

A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders and the last election date is 21st February 2025.
