Petards Group plc (AIM: PEG), the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, announces that Osman Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has, on 30 January 2025, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 6.0 pence each and 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 6.49 pence each. As a result of this transaction Osman Abdullah holds a total of 2,419,948 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
