Response to Press Speculation
Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, GSE: ALLGH, OTCQX: ALLIF, "Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the African-focused lithium exploration and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, has noted the recent press speculation regarding progress in respect of the ratification of Ewoyaa Mining Lease by the Ghana Government.
The Company and government agencies are actively engaged in discussions regarding the ratification of the Mining Lease and advancing Ewoyaa.
The Company is pleased to continue to work with the Government of Ghana and all stakeholders to progress the Ewoyaa Lithium Project. We look forward to advising shareholders of advances in the project as these arise.

About Atlantic Lithium
