The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 4 February 2025.
Alex Whitehouse, Chief Executive Officer, sold 1,918 Shares, at a price of 185.4p per Share, and purchased 1,884 Shares, at a price of 185.6p per Share.
Yilmaz Erceyes, Chief Marketing Officer, sold 1,045 Shares, at a price of 185.4p per Share, and purchased 1,016 Shares, at a price of 185.6p per Share.
Alison Hunt, PCA to Alex Whitehouse, sold 10,816 Shares, at a price of 185.4p per Share, and purchased 10,816 Shares, at a price of 185.6p per Share.
