Galliford Try Holdings plc ("Galliford Try", or the "Company") announces that on 14 February 2025 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 50 pence each from Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on 3 October 2024.

Galliford Try intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, Galliford Try has purchased a total of 2,277,773 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 101,918,270 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. This figure 101,918,270 represents the total number of voting rights in Galliford Try and can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
