The Company has been notified that on 20 February 2025, Ivan Schofield (Non-Executive Director) purchased 37,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of £2.73 per share. Following this purchase, Ivan Schofield's total beneficial interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by his wife and various family trusts) is 152,491 shares (0.089% of issued share capital).
