India Capital Growth Fund ("ICGF" or the "Company) announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Patrick Firth, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc, a company listed on the All-Share Index of the London Stock Exchange.
