This announcement is a corrective statement of the announcement made on 17 February 2025. The number of shares vesting under the PSP for Esi Bracey had been overstated, and the number of shares vesting under the PSP for Fabian Garcia had been understated. The only changes from the original statement are those relating to Esi Bracey and Fabian Garcia, all other details in the announcement made on 17 February 2025 remain the same.
