Land Securities Group plc 2024 Sharesave Scheme - Grant of Share Options
On 2 July 2024, options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted under the Land Securities Group plc 2024 Sharesave scheme which was available to UK employees. Included in the grant was Vanessa Simms, Chief Financial Officer, who was granted 3,501 options at an exercise price of 529.8p, in conjunction with entering into a three-year savings contract starting on 1 August 2024.
Due to an administrative oversight, the above was not announced at the date of the grant.
