Change of name effective to Caledonian Holdings plc
The Board of Caledonian Holdings plc, the AIM-quoted investing company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 24 March 2025, the Company has changed its name from Vela Technologies plc to Caledonian Holdings plc. Companies House issued the Company with a change of name certificate on 24 March 2025 and the change of name to Caledonian Holdings plc became effective upon such receipt.
The Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and new TIDM code, "CHP", will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 26 March 2025. The ISIN and SEDOL numbers will remain unchanged. Caledonian Holdings plc's shares will continue to be traded on AIM.
