Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 28 March 2025, Benedict Luke Green and Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Benedict Luke Green, acquired 225,000 and 550,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively.
The Notification of Dealing Forms can be found below and are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of these acquisitions.
Following these acquisitions, Benedict Luke Green holds 269,278 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 717,033 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Benedict Luke Green and his PCAs now hold a total of 986,311 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
