1Streetworks £0.5m Contract Win with Kent County Council

1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, is delighted to announce a third major contract for 1Streetworks. Following significant wins announced last year, 1Spatial has secured a new 12-month contract for 1Streetworks with Kent County Council valued at £0.5m.

1Streetworks' cloud-based SaaS solution is the first in the market to fully automate the production of traffic management plans, diversion routing and asset inventory lists. It also enables the plans and their location to be shared with other users on the platform. The cloud-based system can also be incorporated into existing operational processes with minimal disruption.

Kent experiences numerous road closures each year, severely disrupting the daily lives of its residents. By using 1Streetworks to review road closure requests and adjust plans to use less disruptive traffic management, it is estimated that at least a 40% reduction in road closures could be achieved. This would not only provide economic benefits for Kent but also deliver positive societal impacts by improving the efficiency and planning of road closure requests.
