Agriterra Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company shortly to be designated an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, is pleased to announce, further to its 31 March 2025 announcement, that the application to the Guernsey Registry to change the Company's name has now been approved, and as of 3 April 2025, the Company will trade as PACSCo Limited, with the revised TIDM of AIM:PACS.
