James Fisher and Sons plc announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been sent or otherwise made available to shareholders and published on the Company's website at: https://www.james-fisher.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the documents listed below have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
