The Company announces that it was notified on 2 April 2025 that Shivani Dasani, daughter of Non-Executive Director Mr Shatish Dasani, had on 2 April 2025 purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Dasani had a beneficial interest in SIG of 320,000 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Dasani's beneficial interest is now 420,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
