PUBLICATION OF 2024 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited (the Company) announces that the following documents are being posted, or have made available, to shareholders today:
· Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 (Annual Report);
· Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM Notice); and
· Form of proxy for 2025 Annual General Meeting (Proxy Form).
