| Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that on Wednesday, 9 April 2025 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.
