Empresaria's 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday 20 May 2025 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.empresaria.com and are being posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
