Sound Energy (AIM: SOU), the AIM listed transition energy company, confirms that Graham Lyon, Chairman, purchased 2,945,296 ordinary shares at an aggregate price of GBP£0.00679 per share in the Company.
Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Lyon is interested in 5,012,258 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.241% which is calculated on the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights of 2,080,622,679.
