Changes in the 2025 Financial Calendar 16 April 2025
Following the changes announced on 14 April 2025 regarding the publication date of the 2025 First Quarter Report and 2025 Third Quarter Report, together with the webconference's date for the Q1 2025 Results and the Q3 2025 Results, Electrica also announces changes of the Quiet Period related to Q1 2025 Results and Q3 2025 Results in the 2025 Financial Calendar, as follows:
1) Quiet Period related to the Report of First quarter (Q1) of 2025 (January-March) is 12 - 27 May 2025, instead of 1 - 15 May 2025.
2) Quiet Period related to the Report of Third quarter (Q3) of 2025 (January-September) is 13-28 November 2025, instead of 31 October - 14 November May 2025.
