Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM
Alpha Group International plc (the "Company") announced its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 19 March 2025. Further to that announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been published today:
· Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report")
· Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
· AGM Proxy Form
These documents are available on the Company's website at https://www.alphagroup.com/investors/financial-information/, and printed copies will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Thursday 15 May 2025 at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1JP.
Copies of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and will be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR6.3.5 will as soon as practicable be available in unedited full text within the 2024 Annual Report on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.
