Board Committee changes
The Weir Group PLC announces that Andy Agg has been appointed to, and Ben Magara has stepped down from, the Nomination Committee with effect from 24 April, 2025.
The membership of the Audit, Remuneration and Safety, Sustainability and Technology Committees remains unchanged.
As a result, Board Committee membership is now as follows:
