Publication of Green Financing Allocations Report
Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that it has today published the allocations report (the "Allocations Report") as required under its Green Financing Framework, which is available at https://www.globalworth.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/Green-Financing-Framework-2024.pdf (the "Green Financing Framework").
The Green Financing Framework applies to the Company's issuance of green bonds, green loans and any other financial instrument where the proceeds can be exclusively allocated to finance or re-finance in part or in full new and / or existing eligible green projects ("Green Financing Instruments") and includes a provision to publish the Allocations Report within 12 months from the issuance of a Green Financing Instrument and then annually until full allocation.
Each of the Company's 2029 and 2030 bonds is a "Green Financing Instrument". The relevant funds have now been fully allocated and, therefore, the publication of the Allocations Report marks the completion of the obligations under the Green Financing Framework in relation to the 2029 and 2030 bonds. EY have provided a limited assurance report on the Allocations Report.
