Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has today published a supplementary prospectus dated 6 May 2025 (the “Supplementary Prospectus”) following approval from the Financial Conduct Authority. This is supplementary to the prospectus published by the Company on 12 February 2025 (the “Prospectus”) in connection with the Offer for Subscription to raise up to £5 million, together with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £3.4 million, through the issue of new ordinary shares of 10 pence per share in the capital of the Company.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been issued following the publication on 30 April 2025 of the Company’s annual audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, which constitutes a significant new factor under the UK version of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus have also been submitted to view at the online viewing facility of the National Storage Mechanism at the following website address: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available to view on the Company's website at: oberonaimvct.co.uk

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and are also available, free of charge from the Company’s manager, Oberon Investments Limited, 2nd Floor, 6 Duke Street, London, England, SW1Y 6BN.

Investors who have already applied for shares under the Prospectus and have not yet had them allotted are advised that, in accordance with section 87Q of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, they have the statutory right to withdraw their application. This right may be exercised by notifying the Company or Oberon Investments Limited (the receiving agent) in writing by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2025 (being two working days after publication of the Supplementary Prospectus).
