NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

TruFin is pleased to announce that the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") and 2025 Form of Proxy are now available on its website, www.trufin.com, and have been posted to registered shareholders. As announced on 26 March 2025, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 is also available on the Company's website and has also been posted to registered shareholders.

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Panmure Liberum, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY on 12 June 2025 at 10:00am.

Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their voting rights by appointing the Chairman as their proxy. A proxy can be appointed in accordance with the instructions in the Notice and Form of Proxy. Alternatively, if you hold your shares in dematerialised format in CREST, a proxy may be appointed electronically by using the CREST electronic proxy appointment service, or if you are an institutional investor, you may be able to appoint a proxy electronically via the Proxymity platform. Further details are contained within the Notice.

Shareholders may ask the Board a question on the formal business of the Annual General Meeting, by emailing any such question to compliance@TruFin.com by 10:00am on 10 June 2025, as set out in further detail in the Notice.
