Board Changes
After 16 years in the role, Sunil Dhall, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, has informed the Board of his decision to leave the Peel Hunt group (the "Group"). In accordance with the Group's succession plan, at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 July 2025 (the "AGM"), Michael Lee (currently Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel) will be appointed to the Board as Chief Operating Officer, and Billy Neve (currently Group Head of Finance) will be appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director. The appointments are subject to regulatory approval. To ensure a smooth handover of duties, Sunil has agreed to remain in place until the AGM, when he will stand down from the Board.
Steven Fine, Chief Executive of Peel Hunt commented: "Sunil has been a key member of the senior management team at Peel Hunt from the management buyout in 2010, to the IPO in 2021 and during Peel Hunt's time as a publicly quoted company. On behalf of everyone at Peel Hunt, I thank Sunil for his considerable contribution to the Group over many years."
Lucinda Riches, Chair of Peel Hunt commented: "On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Sunil for his material contribution and dedication over the last 16 years. We wish him all the success for the future. We are also delighted to welcome two strong internal successors, Michael and Billy, to the Board. The Board and I believe that they have the requisite qualifications and skill sets to make positive contributions to the continued development of the Group."
