Lion Finance Group PLC announces change to Director role and responsibilities

Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that, following the announcement on 7 April 2025 that Hanna Loikkanen will not stand for re-election at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), in accordance with the Company's succession planning procedures and the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024, Mariam Megvinetukhutsesi, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors of the Company, will succeed Hanna Loikkanen as the designated Non-Executive Director for workforce engagement, with effect from the conclusion of the Company's 2025 AGM. 

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of UK Listing Rule 6.4.6.
