Transaction in Own Shares
KELLER GROUP PLC ("Keller" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced by Keller on 31 March 2025.
