('the Company')

Block Listing Application

 

The Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE") and the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") for a block listing of 228,748 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.

The Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting of share awards under the James Fisher and Sons plc 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

It is expected that the block admission will become effective on the 27 May 2025.

The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall be fully paid and shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.
