Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy
Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group, announces that the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 ('Annual Financial Report 2024') and the 2025 Notice of AGM have today been made available to its shareholders.
A full pdf version of the Annual Financial Report 2024 together with the Notice of AGM is available for download from the Investor Information section on the Company's website. In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Annual Financial Report 2024 has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 June 2025 at 3.00pm (BST) at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR.
