Director Declaration
In accordance with UKLR6.4.9R, Dr Margaret Amos, non-executive Director, has notified the Company that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of Oxford Metrics plc with immediate effect. From 1 July 2025, Margaret will become Head of Oxford's Audit Committee and will join its Remuneration Committee.
