Dividend currency election
Further to the announcement on 30 April 2025 regarding the Special Dividend to be paid on 12 June 2025, and the option for shareholders to elect to receive this in Sterling rather than Euros, Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC) confirms that the dividend rate per share to be used to pay shareholders who elected to receive their Special Dividend in Sterling will be £4.79028 per share (€5.73 per share converted into Sterling using a EUR:GBP rate of 0.836).
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning where defined in the Company's RNS announcement dated 30 April 2025, unless otherwise defined herein.
